Ocean Air Building Co. was established in 1999. The company was originally created to construct custom and spec homes on the eastern end of Long Island.
OABC now specializes in new home construction, home renovations/additions, and project management. OABC is a small company that offers personalized service. Unlike many builders, we deal directly with project owners and we only take on one or two jobs at a time. OABC proudly serves customers on the eastern end of Long Island, with great emphasis on the Hamptons Luxury market. Although we manage a wide variety of different projects, the vast majority of our clientele seeks high end, custom "turnkey" homes.
The founder of Ocean Air Building Co., Peter E. Schult, has been a builder/developer since 1995 and has experience in landscape construction dating back to 1976. He guarantees that OABC will never compromise quality or design standards.
